Verdict

First of all I would like to point out that it is the big brother to the ATI 5550 having 100mhz faster graphics power and appeals to a similar kind of market like the Htpcs, workplace pcs and casual gamers. It is a very low profile card with a maximum board power of around 45 watts and when you take its ~$80 price range it is definitely a must buy for entry level gamers. If the active cooling versions are not quiet enough for you than you can always go with the passive cooling versions from the likes of Powercolor and Asus. It overclocks good and comes with features like dx11, shader model 5.0, HD video, ATI stream technology and eyefinity support  through which you can hook this with up to 3 monitors. It is obviously not going to handle modern games across three monitors but will happily sail through the lower resolutions like 1680x1050 with a single monitor. And don’t go for the ddr2 versions of the card as they simply cannot keep up with the ddr3/ddr5 models. All of these features make the card worthy for its price and is easily available in any local computer shop shelves.
