Sony is going to Restore Full PSN Services By End Of This Week
Sony had announced that they going to restore full PlayStation Network services by the end of this week, this includes access to the Sony PlayStation Store, although it doesn’t include Sony’s Qriocity music service in certain countries.
Sony has said that full services will be restored in America, Europe and Asia, excluding Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea, and they have said that the services will be restored by the end of the week although they haven’t given an actual date.
“We have been conducting additional testing and further security verification of our commerce functions in order to bring the PlayStation Network completely back online so that our fans can again enjoy the first class entertainment experience they have come to love,” said Kazuo Hirai, Executive Deputy President, Sony Corporation. “We appreciate the patience and support shown during this time.”
Sony will be giving all members of the PlayStation network and their Qriocity music service a ‘welcome back’ package which according to the company will include premium content free for all members.
