Sanyo commence the  new compact projector- PLC-WU3800 Wide XGA.This projector comes with the highest brightness in its class at 3800 lumens. The projector provide 1280×800 Ture WXGA resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio and 3800 lumens brightness accompanied by its 275-watt lamp. Productive,yet in well-lit offices, conference rooms and classrooms, the PLC-WU3800 allow easy set-up, even for first-time users, with an “Auto Setup Function”.

The Sanyo PLC-WU3800 unintentionally searches for the active video source and choose the correct input, while an “Auto Keystone Correction” function guarantee a distortion-free image by applying the suitable correction when it discover  that the projector is not level. It has a 1.6x zoom lens providing  for throw distance of 3.25 to over 39.70 feet.

Acer has reveal one more  Home Theater projector called the H9500 DLP Home Theater Projector . This new projector is direct towards at users who wants to add Full HD projection with natural 16:9 aspect ratio to belonging to entertainment system.

3M reveals MPro110 pocket projector

Small, lightweight and flexible: With the Micro Professional projector 3M MPro 110 sets projection specialist 3M mainly on the target group of professionals, who often are the presentations but do not take so much technology.

Their German division has recently announced that their prototype will soon become a reality. The MPro110 uses LCoS display technology to display VGA (640 x 480) resolution. It also uses an LED lamp, which means no fan noise. The LED is expected to display images bright enough to be seen in a brightly lit room. This feature is ideal for traveling presenters. The MPro110 weighs only 0.3 lbs and is less than an inch high. It is able to display an image up to 50 inches, diagonally. The connections for this device are few but useful including a VGA connection and a composite video connection. These connections allow the MPro110 to be used in a variety of situations from including office presentations, playing games, or watching movies. You can even connect you iPod to the projector and watch video either on a table or your best friend’s back. The MPro110 is expected to retail for about $359 and will be available worldwide September 30th

Description

An LCD projector is a type of video projector for displaying video, images or computer data on a screen or other flat surface. It is a modern analog of the slide projector or overhead projector. To display images, LCD (liquid crystal display) projectors typically send light from a Metal halide lamp through a prism that separates light to three poly silicone panels -- one each for the red, green, and blue components of the video signal. As polarized light passes through the panels (combination of polarizer, LCD panel and analyzer), individual pixels can be opened to allow light to pass or closed to block the light. The combination of open and closed pixels can produce a wide range of colors and shades in the projected image.
